As we all know the property market has peaks and troughs and Sure Sales and Lettings have surfed through the waves and grown from strength to strength. We have done this by restructuring the company so that we have specialists in individual roles, but have never taken our eye off the ball, still enabling first class customer service.

With the sales property market taking a much faster pace and landlords whom once were waiting for the ‘time to be right to sell,’ now deciding to sell some of their portfolio, we have quickly realised that we need to satisfy the current landlord customers we work with and introduce a sales division. This decision has not been a hasty one, because we had to ensure we had all of the correct processes in place with Lettings and have the right team to launch the Sales division.
We are now known as ‘Sure Sales and Lettings’ part of the ‘Sure Property Group’. We have a team with over 130 years’ combined experience in Sales and Lettings and we are extremely proud of them, where we are now and what the business has become.

Andrew Sharpe | Sales & Lettings Director
With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, Andrew joined Sure Property Group in April 2016 having previously worked for the UK’s Largest Estate Agency Group for over 10 years. During his time in the property industry Andrew has gained excellent knowledge in a wide variety of sectors allowing him to offer you personal advice on how to get the best from your sale or investment. Andrew is responsible for the growth of the business including market appraisals as well as the day-to-day running of the front offices. At the weekend Andrew can be seen chasing a cricket ball around or cycling through the countryside. When he is not out playing sport, Andrew loves spending time with his family at home.

Hi I’m Charlotte.
I've been working within the property industry for over ten years now and joined Sure in 2016. My role as Lettings and Sales Valuer is always exciting, all of my clients are unique and I absolutely love getting to know each individual and their property. I’m here to help new buyers start their journey to a new home or advising on the best way to market a rental property and find new tenants. Property is my passion but when I’m not working you’ll more than likely find me with my nose in a good book or spending time with family and friends.
Michaela Gaunt | Sales Manager
Hi my names Michaela but everyone knows me as Mickey and I am the very proud mum of 5 fabulous kids. Born and bred in Rugby, where the sport took off in 1823 at Rugby School when a sixteen-year-old boy named William Webb Ellis picked up the football and ran with it. I moved to Leamington Spa and in the late 1990’s moved up to sunny Burton upon Trent where I have been ever since. I have quite a varied background when it comes to my career from telesales, running restaurants, refurbishments, business to business and estate agency. All my roles have been sales orientated. The best thing about my job is the amount of different people you work with on a day to day basis and I love being able to help them and overcome objectives. I am a member of a large family and have a great circle of fun loving friends that keep me very busy. I love living my life in the fast lane.

Following a very enjoyable and successful career in several Customer Service Management Roles, my passion for property has lead to my career with Sure Sales and Lettings. I have been with Sure since October 2016, having a great interest in all aspects of the business.
Taking people through the start of their journey in finding their new home is truly a fantastic position to be in on a daily basis. I also ensure our landlords receive the best service with regular updates on their properties whilst knowing their investment is in the best possible hands.
In my spare time I can be found travelling abroad or looking to book my next holiday! I am also very passionate about sport, attending the gym regularly and playing football mid-week and at weekends.

Sophie Barley | Referencing and Office Negotiator
Hi, I’m Sophie and I will be taking care of the referencing stage of your application. I have years of experience in organising and time keeping which ensures you have no delays. My aim is to complete your referencing quickly; this means I need your application form filled out with as much information and detail as possible, to help with the process. It always helps letting your employer and current landlord know in advance that I will be contacting them for references. I’m from Derby and live with my fabulous partner and two kittens, Ronnie and Reggie. I joined Sure Sales & Lettings back in 2012 as an apprentice and quickly learned all aspects of the business. Currently my role is Head of Property Management. I enjoy helping our clients with any legal or difficult situation and ensure I deal with this in the up most respect. I am experienced in the issuing of legal notices, property law and arrears chasing. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. When I’m not in the office you will find me in a beer garden or going on country walks.
Iain Dickinson | Property Manager
I stumbled across the property market by chance back in 2011 and started out as an apprentice with an independently owned Estate Agent that had just opened. I spent five years helping grow the business and gaining knowledge on all aspects of the Lettings Industry. I then moved onto a new challenge as a Property Manager and spent two years with a local agent before joining Sure Sales & Lettings in December 2017. Within my years in the industry, I have developed a good working relationship with my clients as well as good knowledge on both the local area and property in general. This has enabled me to provide a service that ensures the best possible price and solution to any maintenance issues. In my spare time I enjoy spending nights in cooking and watching films.

I started my career within the industry in 2015 as an apprentice at a local Estate Agents. I enjoyed involving myself in all areas of the business and feel this has given me a great overview of the different aspects of an Estate Agents role. I joined Sure Sales and Lettings in 2017 as Property Manager and absolutely love the challenge of helping grow the business and ensuring clients are satisfied. My job satisfaction comes from ensuring that tenants are happy with the property they are living in and that landlords feel they are receiving the best service.
