Tenant Fee Structure and Examples

  • Surelet Tenancy Application Fee – £150.00

(Includes all administrative costs associated in the production and drawing up of contracts and registration of tenants deposit)

  • Single Tenant Referencing – £132.00
  • Referencing For Two Tenants – £264.00 (Each Additional Tenant) – (£132.00)
  • Guarantor Referencing (If Applicable) – £132.00
  • Check in Fee – £60.00
  • Final Inspection – £108.00
  • Company Reference – £420.00
  • Renewal Fee (6 months) – £84.00
  • Renewal Fee (12 months) – £60.00
  • Extending Periodic Fee – £36.00

Deposits

Security Deposit in most cases will be the equivalent of One Month’s Rent Plus £100. (In some limited cases this may be One and a Half Month’s Rent).

Where Pets are allowed, an additional £100 Deposit will be payable per pet.

Rent

The First Month’s Rent Plus the Security Deposit will be payable in cleared funds prior to move in.

Monthly Rental of £500. One Tenant. No Pets.

Monthly Rental of £800. Two Tenants. One Guarantor, plus a Pet.

All Fees Shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

NOTE: Surelet – Cheltenham is not part of a Client Money Protection Scheme.

  • Monthly Management Fee – 15%
  • Deposit Registration – FREE OF CHARGE
  • Rent Guarantee – FREE FOR 6 x MONTHS
  • Regular Property Inspections – FREE OF CHARGE
  • End of Tenancy Inventory – £60
  • Management of Contractors – 12%

Let Only Service
