Meet the Team

Jemma Wilkinson | Director

With over fourteen years' experience in the Lettings Industry, Jemma began her career in accounting. With AAT Level 4 you can be assured that your rental investment will safely be achieving a profit in her hands. Having worked for Surelet since 2002, Jemma has a broad scope of experience including valuing, property management, inventories and the administration of letting out properties. Her most recent role before becoming Franchise Director was Branch Manager for Rent It. In her current role Jemma handles new business and existing client care together with marketing and events. She also manages the accounting of the business, monitoring the all-important rent collection as well as figure analysis, in order to give advice on the best place to invest your money. When she's not in the office Jemma enjoys fine dining, holidays with her young family and spending time with the lover of her life; her dog, Lewi. She is a loyal Gloucester Rugby Fan as well as supporting Broadway Cricket Club (and being their tea lady!).

Tom Smith | Director

Initially involved in the Health and Fitness Industry, Tom joined a Cheltenham Lettings Company in 2009 as Lettings Manager before achieving Group Operations Manager in 2011. He joined the Surelet Team in 2012 rising from Lettings to Branch Manager before deciding to take on a Directorship together with Jemma and Rob in September 2015. With an extensive knowledge of Lettings and Staff Management, Tom oversees new business, marketing and human resources for the branch. His knowledge of both Cheltenham and Gloucester markets comes in most useful when renting out semi-rural properties. Tom has three young children; Alfie (9), Harry (7), and Daisy (6) and is a self-confessed, overly-competitive 'Football Dad'. Most weekends he can be seen cheering on from the sidelines, volunteering with the Under Sevens football coaching or playing 6-a-side football with a local team. And if all that doesn't keep him busy enough, he enjoys a round a golf even though he considers himself distinctly average... and very frustrated!

Robert Buckley MARLA | Director

MARLA qualified with a Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management and an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Residential Lettings and Management, it's safe to say that your rental investment will be well looked after in Rob's hands. Having worked as a Lettings Negotiator for Hallam & Co and a Senior Lettings Negotiator at both Naylor Powell and Surelet before acquiring a Directorship last September, Rob has specific and experienced knowledge of the Gloucester Lettings Market. Rob is responsible for the day-to-day running of the front office and concentrates on new business, valuations and viewings. Rob loves travel and enjoys regular weekends away with his partner and two daughters in their VW Campervan. When not touring the country he enjoys watching rugby and charity dog walking on Sunday afternoons.

Carole Bodman | Property Manager

Carol has worked within the Property industry for over 25 years and has an absolute wealth of knowledge. Carol works as part of the property management team and is a dedicated property manager to a part of our property portfolio. Carol enjoys her holidays and is often sporting a glowing tan as she has a love for the sun!

Emma Greenway | Inventory/Office Clerk

Emma started in 2014 as our inventory/Office clerk after previously qualifying as a Beautician. This was Emma's first job within the property Sector. Having no experience was a great opportunity for Sure Lettings to teach her our way. Emma is a valued member of our team and has even started negotiating, with securing her own lets. Emma loves traveling to Ireland and is and avid Manchester United Fan.

Sarah Hencher | Move In Co-Ordinator

Sarah started with Sure Lettings in 2005 as an Inventory Clerk. She has worked all departments but mainly as a Negotiator. In 2014 Sarah gave birth to Noah and has since then re joined the property management team to become the Move In Co-Ordinator. Sarah loves spending time with her family, her favourite food is Spaghetti Bolognaise and has recently completed a Half Marathon.

Stephanie Gratton | Property Manager

Stephanie has worked as part of the Sure Lettings team since 2012, after relocating from London. Stephanie is a valued member of the property management team and is a dedicated property manager to a part of our property portfolio. Stephanie and her husband Richard have settled well here in Gloucester and are extremely well know with the locals as they were former Landlord and Landlady of the local pub - The Coach and Horse's. Steph loves a curry and her most memorable moment was flying over the Grand Canyon.

Gwen Forster | Senior Property Manager

Gwen has worked for Sure Lettings since 2008. She is a senior Property Manager and has an absolute wealth of knowledge with in the industry. Not only does she manage a property portfolio, Gwen also looks after our client accounts, ensuring prompt payments for all of our Landlords. Gwen is well travelled and is a lover of New Zealand. As a local girl you can often hear Gwen regularly on a Saturday afternoon at Kingsholm chanting GGGLLLLLAAAAWWWWSSSTTTEEERRRR!!

Alex Smith | Administrator

Alex has recently joined the Sure Lettings Team as our apprentice , since leaving 6th form. Alex is eager to learn all aspects of lettings, supporting all departments with their administrative needs. In his spare time he loves to watch and play sports, and is a volunteer for the Cotswold Canals Trust.
